”Potency”

A series of 10 photographs from 1999. A clash between some very well-known and violent icons of power – some of the world’s worst dictators – and a child, a baby. The project shows a number of significant counterpoints in life: Guilt and innocence, power and weakness, the naked, blank, indescribable and what is charged with knowledge and history. The series has been shown in Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Italy and Norway.
